Problem: File Not Syncing (OneDrive or SharePoint)

Several reasons and remedies if a file isn't being updated correctly.

Most of the time OneDrive and SharePoint keep all your files updated and synced across devices, but sometimes one pesky file won't behave.

This may be due to restrictions on filenames and file types, or other configuration problems. See Microsoft's Restrictions and limitations in OneDrive and SharePoint help page for details and solutions.
