Call Quality in RingCentral

Audio calls through RingCentral use very little bandwidth. Call quality is rarely impacted by a slower Internet connection or other activities (like uploading and downloading data).
If there is a bandwidth issue, RingCentral will automatically switch to a lower bandwidth mode, similar to services like Netflix and Amazon Prime.
