Qualtrics Login Error: "Unable to process the request"

If you had a Cornell Qualtrics account in the past, but haven't used it in years, and you encounter an error when trying to sign in, "Unable to process the request," your account may have been cleaned up to recapture the license.
Sometimes when this occurs, an account will be recreated for you automatically the next time you sign into Qualtrics, but sometimes this doesn't occur and one will need to be recreated for you manually by CIT Support. Put in a request to the Cornell Qualtrics general support queue and someone will be in touch to help set up your new account.
