How to use Call Forwarding Busy/No Answer
This article applies to: Telephone Services for Faculty and Staff
To activate
- Dial *3. (Hear dial tone.)
- Dial 5-digit number. (Hear confirmation tone.)
Note: Send All Calls must NOT be active for forwarding to operate.
To cancel
- Dial #9. (Hear confirmation tone.)
