My Outlook, Outlook on the Web, or other Microsoft 365 App Profile Does Not Show My Correct Job Title

The job title shown in many Cornell IT services, including Microsoft 365 applications, reflects the Business Title from the employee Workday record. Any Cornell employee who needs an update to a Business Title should contact a local HR representative.

Starting December 17, 2023, the job title shown in many Cornell IT services, including Microsoft 365 applications, reflects the Business Title from the employee Workday record.

Cornell employees who need a Business Title update should contact their local HR representatives.

IT staff cannot update or modify a user’s Business or Position Title.
