Perceptive Content Upgrading to Version EP4 October 15-17, 2021
The Perceptive Content document management system will be undergoing a major version upgrade to the EP4 version on the weekend of October 15-17. Perceptive will be unavailable beginning at 4pm on Friday October 15, 2021. The system will be live on the new version Monday, October 18, 2021 at 9am.
Siteimprove Accessibility NextGen Update
Siteimprove, the tool used at Cornell to check for web accessibility issues, will be updated to use Accessibility NextGen on August 27, 2021. Some of the most important changes include setting a new site target, potential issues, changes to how sites are scored, and new tools to check recurring content.

Zoom Webinar Licenses Now Provide Increased Participant Capacities
Zoom has announced significant increases to participant limits for webinar licenses. Specifically, hosts with webinar licenses allowing them to host up to 100 participants will see the limit increased to 500. Similarly, hosts with “Webinar500” licenses will be able to host webinars for up to 1,000 participants.
