Update: The Quest ARS upgrade migration has been postponed. Identity management discovered some last-minute issues that need to be addressed. An updated migration schedule will be shared at a later date. 

Microsoft Online Archive Will Launch in Fall 2025

In Fall 2025, Cornell will implement Microsoft’s Online Archive, a dedicated archive mailbox for Outlook into which content—email, calendar items, Notes, and Tasks—will be automatically archived after a set retention period.

TeamDynamix User Interface Improvements Rescheduled for Saturday, July 19, 2025

TeamDynamix version 12 has been rescheduled to be implemented for Cornell IT technicians on Saturday, July 19, 2025. The new version will make changes to the look and feel of the TDNext interface used to work customer tickets, including more streamlined navigation, reduced reliance on pop-up windows, and an upgraded dashboard system.
