E-list Problem: Admin Password Reset Fails

Some admins have reported that when they follow the steps to reset their Lyris password, the email with the link to do so never arrives.

This appears to happen only when using Chrome. Try switching to Firefox or Safari for the reset procedure, then return to the browser of your choice.
