Technical Lead

The Technical Lead works in tandem with the Service Delivery Manager for many aspect of direct management of a service's technical resources.
The Technical Lead is uniquely responsible for:
- Daily operations of service delivery
- Keeping knowledge articles about services accurate and up to date
- Suggesting service improvements in order to ensure timely, quality service is being provided to customers
- Providing reports for incidents, requests, changes, and problems for the service to the Service Delivery Manager
- Documentation relating to technical diagrams and architecture
- Maintaining technical assets in the CMDB
- Maintaining technical disaster recovery plans
- Participation in on call responsibilities for an essential or critical service
- Participation in major incidents
- Participation in architecture reviews
- Troubleshooting system issues, such as when an integration stops working
