The IT Leadership Council comprises the IT directors representing the colleges, schools, administrative units, and campuswide IT services at the Ithaca-supported campuses.
Three co-chairs -- with one representative from the campuswide services, one from an academic unit, and one from an administrative unit -- serve staggered three-year terms. The co-chairs:
- Oversee the IT Leadership Council's critical role in reviewing and prioritizing IT projects through the governance process
- Guide the IT Leadership Council's strategic direction and facilitate collaboration among all directors
- Lead the IT Leadership Council's annual goal-setting process and ensure alignment with university priorities
- Coordinate group priorities with the IT Assistant Directors Council.
