Configure Open File Support (EZ-Backup Windows)

This process assumes that the TSM client software was installed using the documentation and installer provided by the EZ-Backup Service.
- Start the TSM GUI client. ( -> -> -> )
- From the menu select .
- Click to put a check next to Help configure Open File Support, then click .
- Select Volume Shadowcopy Services (VSS).
- Click .
- Click .
- Wait for the confirmation that Open File Support has been configured. If instead, you get the error message “ANS3010E The Logical Volume Snapshot Agent wizard operation failed,” then the TSM client install image (by default placed at C:\tsm_images) no longer exists on your system. To resolve this issue, please upgrade to, or reinstall, the most current version of the TSM client for your system.
- Exit the TSM GUI client.
If you’re using automated (scheduled) backups, you MUST restart the TSM Scheduler service.
