EZ-Backup Problem: Point-in-Time Restore Not Showing Files

User Experience

User is attempting to use the "Point-in-Time" restore feature of the TSM client (usually by clicking on the prominent "Point in Time" button in the Restore window of the Backup-Archive GUI client). User does not see expected list of files and/or directories to select for a restore.

How to Solve this Problem

The simple answer: Don't use the "Point-in-Time" restore option. In most cases, unclicking the "Point in Time" restore option will result in the expected list of files and directories.
