This article applies to: Cority

An Injury Free Incident is an event that potentially risked life, safety, health, environment, or property.  It can also be an unplanned, natural or man-made event, that requires a response to protect life, health, safety, environment, or property.

See the instructions to report an injury free incident on the EHS website.
