In the event of a complete or substantial outage or performance issue for essential IT services, several resources are available.
Links to general updates may be found in the list of unplanned outages.
CIT leadership and service delivery teams should go to the CIT team's Major Incident channel. The Performance and Outage Updates channel receives all updates for all IT performance issues and outages.
Cornell unit IT leadership and support can sign into the Cornell TSPs team.
