Recording Time

  • Kronos: The time collection system used by hourly employees (including student employees) to record time worked and leave time (for benefits eligible employees).
  • Workday: Access this one-stop University HR / Payroll system to view and update a variety of employee information, such as your personal information, benefit elections, pay slips, tax information, and, for exempt staff, access Workday to view and report time off; managers can access workforce planning reports, approve time-off, and view essential organizational and cost center data.
