Some units have turned off this feature for their users. If you cannot perform the steps listed below, please contact your local IT Service Group. There may be times when you do not want CrashPlan to perform backups.

It is possible to change which files and folders CrashPlan archives. To see what is currently being backed up, see View Files in Your CrashPlan Archive. If you want to change your settings, please contact your local IT support folks.
