For e-lists that allow you to unsubscribe, or which require admin approval for unsubscription, follow the instructions below, otherwise contact the administrators of the e-list for assistance. If you believe you shouldn't be a member of an e-list, and you can't resolve the issue with the administrators, please contact e-list support through the Cornell IT Service Desk.

1. Follow the steps above to access the list of your subscriptions.
2. Select Unsubscribe. 
3. Select yes, please unsubscribe me to unsubscribe from the e-List. You will receive a confirmation email.
