When creating a mailing list, you'll have the option to make the list data private. If you do not select Make data in this list private, your embedded data can be accessed by anyone with a Cornell Qualtrics account.

Embedded data in private lists are protected and can still be seen by your collaborators. You should always select Make data in this list private unless there is a reason to have your list data accessible to everyone at Cornell who has a Qualtrics account.
