Email CIT PeopleSoft Support at peoplesoft-incid@cornell.edu. This will create a support ticket and alert the PeopleSoft support staff.
For critical emergencies only, CIT’s PeopleSoft On-Call Support can be contacted by calling 607-254-5900.
Student Data Access Requests
Complete the online form to request access. Security access requests are stored in Cynergy. Once completed, a communication will be sent back to the original author to notify them that the request is complete.
Issues with Browsers or NetID Access
Contact the IT Service Desk during regular business hours.
