Contact CIT PeopleSoft Support
Email CIT PeopleSoft Support at peoplesoft-incid@cornell.edu. This will create a support ticket and alert the PeopleSoft support staff. CIT's PeopleSoft Support Line can be contacted by calling 607-227-6448.
Student Data Access Requests
Complete the online form to request access. Requests are stored in Cynergy. Commercial Apps receives an email when the request is submitted, and creates a ticket for AT&T to complete the security access request. Once completed, a communication will be sent back to the original author to notify them that the request is complete.
Issues with Browsers or NetID Access
Contact the IT Service Desk during regular business hours.
