Student Data Access Requests
Complete the online form to request access.
Security access requests are stored in Pathlock Cloud. Once completed, a communication will be sent back to the original author to notify them that the request is complete.
Distributed Security Admins and Central Admins can create a support ticket by emailing the Administrative Computing - Applications Security team at Weill Cornell Medicine: user-access-help@cornell.edu.
