Oracle’s PeopleSoft Campus Solutions system is a comprehensive suite of solutions that Cornell uses to manage the student lifecycle. PeopleSoft Campus Solutions is used from recruiting and admissions to student services and alumni relations.

Campus Community

Campus Community is comprised of individuals and organizations which are the foundation of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. After you create the records, use Campus Community to continue to update, maintain, and track information about the individuals and organizations associated with your institution.

Student Records

Student Records is the module within PeopleSoft Campus Solutions that is used to maintain students’ academic information including college, major, degree, enrollments, and grades. The application is used to create the schedule of classes, class rosters, official transcripts, and other critical documents. All current students and most alumni academic records are in PeopleSoft Student Records.

Academic Advising

Academic Advising is the module within PeopleSoft Campus Solutions that is used to track the degree requirements that a student must satisfy in order to graduate.

Not all degree programs have been set up to display academic requirements or degree progress.

Contributor Relations

Contributor Relations enables you to enter, track, and maintain biographic and demographic information about your constituents, as well as create and monitor comprehensive strategic and cultivation activity plans for prospects. For all prospects in the system, you can create, manage, and evaluate fund-raising efforts such as campaign initiatives, membership programs, and volunteer activities. You can track and acknowledge all types of commitments made by constituents and analyze donors' giving as well as manage and process gift payments. Self-Service Outreach provides tools for development officers at an institution.
