Problem: Outlook on the Web Returns Too Many Search Results When Scheduling a Room

Some users have reported that when they try to add a room to a meeting (to reserve the space), they are seeing many unexpected non-Cornell resources listed.

This article applies to: Outlook on the Web

It appears that the calendar search function is using Bing to search the web, instead of Cornell’s directory. We have made Microsoft aware of the problem. The workaround is to use the methods detailed on our Schedule a Meeting page.
