Microsoft 365 License Requests

Some Microsoft 365 products have an individual user license cost to the requesting organization for the service which must be paid up front. The form includes a link to estimated costs per license. 

To request a product license, submit a ticket to the service desk. In the form, please specify the product you wish to use.
