Scammers impersonating IT support staff have launched attacks on Harvard and UPenn. Do not follow instructions to log in to sites or to install apps originating from unsolicited calls or texts. Always contact IT support using one of these methods.

Immediately report any suspicious phone call or text to the IT Security Office.
