On Tuesday, September 10, 2024, between 9:00am and 11:59am, the TeamDynamix sandbox environment will be refreshed with content from the production system. This refresh will affect all Cornell TeamDynamix instances.
After the sandbox refresh, all changes and work done only in the sandbox system that have not been moved to production will be lost and unrecoverable. Finish work in your sandbox and move it into production before September 10 with anything you would like to retain.
Periodic refreshing of the TeamDynamix sandbox instances with current content is important to keep system configurations and object IDs synchronized.
During the maintenance window on September 10, the sandbox will be unavailable.
