three colleagues discuss service management topics

Whether you're new to service management, have years of experience, or are simply curious about how services are delivered across Cornell, you're invited to join our monthly Service Management Special Interest Group (SIG) on Wednesday, July 15, from 10:00–11:00 a.m. ET.

This month's session is a great opportunity to:

  • Meet colleagues from across Cornell who are interested in service management.
  • Learn about Cornell's Service Management Program and current initiatives.
  • Discover ways to get involved in upcoming projects and working groups.
  • Share your experiences, ideas, and challenges—or simply listen and learn from others.

The Service Management SIG is an open, collaborative community where service providers, technical staff, managers, and anyone interested in improving the customer and support experience can connect, exchange ideas, and learn from one another. Whether you're just getting started or have deep expertise, your perspective is welcome.

We hope you'll join us!
