Endpoint Management Tools is designed to work “out of the box” with standard hardware configurations as outlined below. Drivers for this hardware are included and testing is done with this hardware.
Other hardware MAY work, but, particularly with regard to operating system deployment, results may vary and we cannot guarantee trouble-free operations for non-standard hardware included in the managed pool. Support for problems associated with managing non-standard hardware will be limited.
Windows systems should be one of the following capable of running Windows 10 or later:

- Dell Optiplex 5010/7010, 5020/7020, Dell Pro Micro Plus,
- Dell Latitude 7x40, 7x50 series, Dell Pro 14 Plus, Dell Pro Max 15 Premium
Mac systems should be one of the following, capable of running Apple supported versions of macOS:

- MacBook Pro (2022 or newer)
- MacBook Air (2022 or newer)
- Mac mini (2022 or newer)
- iMac (2022 or newer)
- Mac Pro (2022 or newer)
