Perceptive Content Problems Installing Printer

Some people have reported problems getting the Perceptive Content (formerly ImageNow) printer to install properly. The following procedure is intended for technical support staff.

This article applies to: Enterprise Content Management

If the ImageNow Printer is not installed when the client is installed, a desktop admin can go to Apps > Installed Apps > Perceptive Content, select Modify, and in the Custom Setup window set ImageNow Printer to “This feature will be installed on the local hard drive.”
See step 6 in the client installation instructions for a screenshot.
