CUESR Error: Unable to Verify User Credentials

When trying access WebNow, you see the following error message: "Unable to verify user credentials. Contact your system administrator to verify that the authentication method is configured correctly."

This error occurs when your NetID has not been associated with any valid user groups in ESR. Contact your College Registrar.
