Place Paper Order for CUPrint from WB Mason – Step-by-Step Guide

Paper is included in the CUPrint program, so site locations submit an order, and we arrange for paper to be delivered directly to the site location.

1. Open and Assign the Ticket

  1. Open the related TDX ticket.

  2. Assign the ticket to your workload.


2. Order Paper through e-Shop

  1. Open e-SHOP and log in.

  2. Click PunchOut → WB Mason.

  3. Using information from the TDX ticket:

    • Search for 100% recycled paper (or Category>Paper>Color)

    • Add the correct paper size and quantity of paper cases to your cart.

  4. Go to Cart → Checkout.


3. Cart Information (WB Mason Checkout Page)

Fill out the fields as follows:

  • Cart Name: CUPrint Project

  • Business Purpose: Delivery location + TDX#
    Example: Mann 20005

Click Submit (top right).


4. Requisition Information

Enter the following details:

Delivery Information

  • Delivery To: Name from the TDX ticket

  • Phone Number: Phone number from TDX ticket

  • Email: Email of the person who submitted the TDX ticket

  • Click “Building Not Found”.

Address Format:

Address 1: Building & Location/Room; Street Address  
Room: Room number if known, otherwise “P/U Desk”, “Circ Desk”, or “Flr #” 

5. Accounting Information

Click Setup Distribution, then enter:

  • Account Number: R703867

  • Object: 6550

  • Click the green “+” button.

  • Click Distribute to Items.


6. Requestor Information

  • Requestor Name: Your name

  • Requestor Phone: Your phone number

  • Requestor Email: Your email address

Note Text:
Copy and paste the location + TDX number from the “Explanation” field at the top of the requisition page.


7. Finalize

  1. Click Calculate.

  2. Fix any errors if needed, then Calculate again.

  3. Click Submit.

8. Update TDX

  1. Open the related TDX ticket.

  2. Update the ticket to Waiting on Vendor.

  3. Insert the following in the body: 
    W.B. Mason has successfully received your order. It should arrive within 2 business days. 

  4. Click Save.

9. Delivery Confirmation

  1. After receiving the email that has the delivery confirmation.

  2. Open the related TDX ticket.

  3. Update ticket to Resolved.

  4. Insert the following text in the body: 
    W.B. Mason has delivered your order. Please only reply to this ticket if you encounter any issues.

  5. Click Save.
