AV Infrastructure Costs

AV devices that are compatible with AV Infrastructure are listed in the Cornell Basis of Design AV Equipment list (password-protected PDF).

Experimentation with new devices that may later be incorporated into the Basis of Design list is encouraged.

  • Monitoring, notifications, reporting, XPanel hosting, and room scheduler integration via Crestron’s FusionRV -or- Video conference endpoint management and registration via Cisco’s Telepresence Management Suite (TMS) and Video Communication Server (VCS) -or- Wireless presentation
  • Managed Firewall, AV subnet, and DNS registration
  • Password management

8-Port AV Infrastructure Installation

  • Monitoring, notifications, reporting, and room scheduler integration via Crestron’s FusionRV
  • 8 Port AV Edge Switch, programmed for your room’s needs, including BYOD, integrated PC, audio-video devices, and integrated SIP VoIP
  • Video conference endpoint management and registration via Cisco’s Telepresence Management Suite (TMS) and Video Communication Server (VCS)
  • Standardized user interface and control code
  • XPanel hosting
  • Wireless presentation
  • Managed Firewall, AV subnet, and DNS registration
  • Password management

23-Port AV Infrastructure Installation

  • Monitoring, notifications, reporting, and room scheduler integration via Crestron’s FusionRV
  • 23 Port Managed AV Edge Switch, programmed for your room’s needs, including BYOD, integrated PC, audio-video devices, and integrated SIP VoIP
  • Video conference endpoint management and registration via Cisco’s Telepresence Management Suite (TMS) and Video Communication Server (VCS)
