• Free support is included for issues related to the cloud environment. This free support does not apply to issues caused by Drupal code problems.
• Additional support, including Drupal application support, is available for an additional fee. You do not have to purchase a support package through Acquia. You can add one at any time during the length of your contract.
• Consulting on issues including best practices, optimization, and other site upgrades is also available through Acquia for a fee. This type of support is called Advisory Hours.
