SFS is monitored 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year for service issues.

During business hours (M-F, 6am-6pm) the IT Service Desk and CIT staff use monitoring tools. Off-hours monitoring is done using proactive notifications to on-call personnel for any alerts/issues.
