Monitoring

SFS is monitored 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year for service issues.

During business hours (M-F, 6am-6pm) the IT Service Desk and CIT staff useĀ Panopta. Off-hours monitoring is done by EMCS who contact on-call CIT staff for any alerts/issues.
