TeamDynamix Improves Look and Feel with Version 12.0, Coming May 31

TeamDynamix version 12 will be implemented for Cornell IT technicians on May 31, 2025. The new version will make changes to the look and feel of the TDNext interface used to work customer tickets, including more streamlined navigation, reduced reliance on pop-up windows, and an upgraded dashboard system. 

Transition from Avaya to RingCentral by May 30

Final migrations to RingCentral are in progress before the last Avaya phone lines are disconnected in June. The legacy phone system is not funded or supported in the new fiscal year.
