As part of Exchange Account Manager’s (EAM) move to a new host on September 11, 2026, a Cornell VPN (CU VPN) connection will be required to access and use EAM when not on the campus network. EAM is used to manage Cornell Resource Accounts.

Links and supporting documentation for EAM will continue to be located at Resource Accounts. The direct link for EAM will still be eam.exchange.cornell.edu.

For troubleshooting purposes, if someone tries to access EAM without a CU VPN connection, they will receive an error message indicating that the page is not reachable.
