On Tuesday, March 3, CIT will streamline the WA Triage process, reducing the number of steps needed to schedule a web accessibility evaluation. 

Instead of the current three-step process, once requestors complete their Statement of Need, the WA Triage will automatically be processed by TeamDynamix and an evaluation request support ticket will be created if an evaluation is necessary. You will automatically receive an email notification of the WA request from TeamDynamix, and can monitor the progress of the evaluation. 

Requestors will not need to do anything further unless a WA evaluation is needed. In that case, a staff member will reach out to you through the TeamDynamix ticketing system with more information.
