Beginning Friday, February 13th, you can purchase the premium versions of Microsoft Planner, Power Automate, and Microsoft Visio (Plan or Plan 2) through eShop. (The basic versions of these applications remain free, but limited in features.) 

To get a license for these premium features, you first purchase the license. (You may need to contact the person who does procurement in your department.) You will then send your purchase confirmation to CIT through this form so they can assign your license.
