Action Required
Duo Mobile Customers
If you are using an unsupported mobile device, you can switch to a device with a supported OS. Alternatively, you can purchase a USB security key, or a hardware token to continue using your current device.
If you use a supported mobile device, check whether your Duo Mobile app is up-to-date:
- Launch the app on the mobile device.
- Tap the in the upper left-hand corner of the screen. A menu will display.
- Check the app version displayed at the bottom of the menu.
- If your app is not version 4.85.0 or later (4.102.0.0 is a later version than 4.85.0), then run updates for your phone and the app. Apps which are version 4.85.0 and above (4.102.0.0 for example) are up-to-date.
Please contact the IT Service Desk if you need assistance.
