Use FindTime in Outlook to Poll Invitees on Ideal Meeting Times

This article applies to: Microsoft Outlook

FindTime is a Microsoft Outlook add-in that helps you and your meeting invitees find the best time to meet. It looks at available free/busy data, then creates a poll where attendees can vote on suggested times or suggest new times themselves. To use FindTime, you'll need to install it, but invitees do not have to have FindTime installed, use Office 365, or have anything besides an email address and internet access. This makes it easy to schedule with people who are outside Cornell or who use other email services, like Gmail or Yahoo.
