If, when trying to print, you receive the error message

PCL XL error - warning, illegalMediaSize

you need to set the paper size of your document before you send the job to print.

Valid sizes are Letter (8-1/2 by 11 inches), Legal (8-1/2 by 14 inches), and Ledger (11 * 17 inches).

CU Print printers do not have settings for other sizes. Printing outside the standard sizes can result in a denial of printing the job email or the skewing of the page layout itself.
