CITSG Onboarding
Notify IT of a new staff hire or transfer into a CITSG unit
- Hiring Managers/Supervisors should only submit if the unit’s HR rep does not already do so, or if a contractor is being hired.
CITSG Offboarding
Notify IT of a staff departure, retirement, or transfer out of a CITSG unit
- Supervisors should only submit if the unit’s HR rep does not already do so, or if a contractor is being deprovisioned.
Hiring Managers/Supervisors
For New Hires: Please submit a New Computer Request
- CITSG Requires two weeks notice for standard computer request, and three weeks notice if items need to be shipped.
- Custom computer orders require 30 business day notice.
Submit a request for adding/removing fileshare or security group access for staff changes
