Configure Subscription Settings

This article applies to: E-lists (Simplelists)

You can configure your e-list to allow members to add themselves to, and remove themselves from, your e-list.

  1. Log in to Simplelists
  2. Select an e-list to manage
  3. Click manage lists from the menu on the left
  4. Click Settings beneath the Action column on the appropriate list
  5. Click General
  6. Select your preferred setting under the Subscriptions and Unsubscriptions dropdown menus
Do not select Do not allow members to unsubscribe from the Unsubscriptions dropdown unless all members are legally obligated to be subscribed, for example as part of their employment. In all other cases, legally, e-list members must be allowed to unsubscribe.
  1. Scroll down and click Update
