Check How Many Qualtrics Emails You've Sent

All Cornell Qualtrics accounts have a limit for how many emails they can send over the history of the account. This limit applies to all email sent by Qualtrics' systems, including through the Qualtrics Mailer and through workflows, such as survey completion confirmations. It does not include when a link to a Qualtrics survey is sent using Cornell's email services like Microsoft and Google mail, or through an outside bulk mail system.

You can check how many emails have been sent using your Qualtrics account and what your limit is by following these steps.

  1. Once you’ve signed into Qualtrics, click your profile icon in the upper right.
  2. Click Account Settings.
  3. At the top of the page, you’ll see "You're currently viewing an updated version of Account Settings. Switch to older version." Click Switch to older version.
  4. Near the top of the page, click the Account Usage tab.
  5. Your email use will be shown, along with your current limit, in the far right column, Allowed Outgoing Emails.

If you are nearing your email limit, you can request the limit be raised by filling out the Qualtrics general support form
