This phish was observed via contact form submission from a Campus Groups page for a student organization. The link within points to a recently registered domain identified as associated with abuse and spam by various third-party providers and redirects to a PDF of a Harvard Law Review volume on the DMCA. Do not click the link (as the redirect could be changed) nor contact the sender. The scammer's goal is likely financial fraud via social engineering. This is not a legitimate notice.
