Submit a Request for Support

CIT can assist with user management, single sign-on, billing, shared OnSight appliances, and general questions about alerting, templates, and more. 

Open a new support case with CIT by sending an email to: systems-support@cornell.edu

For product issues and technical support, please include in the email:

  • Your subaccount
  • Server or incident IDs (can be seen in the browser's URL bar)
  • A description of the issue and the expected result

Support is available during business hours on weekdays.
