Cornell service providers, technical support providers, and those interested in learning more about service management topics are invited to attend the monthly Service Management SIG meeting on Wednesday, February 18, from 10–11am ET. 

This month’s session will include an overview of the Service Portfolio Management practice, along with a sneak peek at a new service portfolio in development that will be available to service providers. Attendees will have an opportunity to share insights on what they would hope to see in a university-wide service look-up and participate early in shaping improved service visibility across Cornell.
