Teams meeting organizers now have the option to add a collaborative notes feature to meetings.
The notes feature allows you and your team to:
- Collaborate in real time;
- create an agenda;
- take notes;
- add tasks.
When participants are assigned a task in the meeting, they will receive an email notification, and it will be synced with the Planner and To-Do apps.
The meeting organizer needs to turn on the collaborative notes feature prior to a meeting. Meeting organizers can also activate this feature if the create Teams meetings in Outlook. Find out how to activate collaborative notes through a Teams-generated, or Outlook-generated meeting. The collaborative notes are available in the meeting recap, and they also integrate with Loop.
