a group of colleagues chat during a workshop break

More than 200 CEMI colleagues recently came together for the Workday Architect and Configure kickoff, marking an important shift from preparation to hands‑on decision making. This phase is about more than building a system—it’s about intentionally designing the foundation that will shape how work gets done across the university for years to come.

Read the full story to see how this shared understanding is turning into action—and how today’s decisions are shaping a more connected, adaptable future state.
