ZAC Meeting Summary email shown with highlight in typical Outlook desktop

Earlier this year, Cornell approved use of several new features in Zoom that use generative AI to provide additional content, such as meeting summaries, in-meeting questions about discussion that has taken place, and “smart” cloud video recordings.

Remember, when using Zoom AI Companion features—as with any generative AI tool—be mindful of privacy, data security, and accuracy concerns. For a fuller discussion, visit Zoom AI Companion Privacy and Security Considerations.
