Words describing cyber bullying

In response to concerns about an increase in digital harassment (doxxing), the university has created a digital harassment resource guide and University Policy 4.24, Interim Anti-Doxxing Policy. The resources set expectations for respecting the right of others to keep their personal information private and provide suggestions for how to protect personal data and get support if doxxing happens.

Doxxing is a form of digital harassment that makes personal information about someone publicly available with the intention to threaten, intimidate, or incite criminal activity against that individual. Please see the new digital harassment resource guide to learn how to:

In addition, the university is seeking feedback about the interim policy. Please attend the University Assembly meeting on February 6.
