If you'd like to broaden your use of Microsoft Teams beyond Cornell, individuals who are outside the university can be added as external guests to a team. Doing so lets you to coordinate, communicate, and plan with colleagues at other universities, vendors, contractors, and other outside collaborators.
If your guests don't already have a Microsoft account they can use to sign in, a one-time access code will be sent to their email on each login, as is the case with guest access to other Office 365 services.
